As voters in a municipal election, we all have opinions, ideas, and expectations about what we think candidates for Mayor and Council positions should do.  As a candidate, my opinions, ideas, and expectations may differ from yours, but the goal for all of us is to do what is best for our city.  My guiding philosophy is to comply with the law and do the right thing.   It may seem odd, but sometimes those things conflict.  The law is not always clear, and we may have different ideas about what is right.  What is best for one may not be best for the other.  Either way, it’s an honest philosophy that I believe serves us well.
